Program Description

TEXT4SERVICE Info Alerts & Info Service allows mobile subscribers to opt-in to place orders and assistance requests and to receive notifications about said orders and requests.

Supported Carriers

TEXT4SERVICE Info Alerts & Info Service is available on the following carriers:

Appalachian Wireless, AT&T, Bluegrass Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cellcom, Cellular South, Centennial Wireless, GCI, Immix Wireless, Inland Cellular, IV Cellular, Nex-Tech Wireless, nTelos, Metro PCS, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, United Wireless, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile USA, and West Central Wireless.

The above carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


There are no premium charges for joining TEXT4SERVICE for receiving the alert and info messages; however, Message and Data rates may apply.

Message Frequency

If you opt-in to receive alerts or info from TEXT4SERVICE, you will receive messages only in regard to placed orders and requests.

How to opt-out of our service

To opt-out of the TEXT4SERVICE Alerts & Info program, text STOP at any time to 44989. An unsubscribe message will be sent to your mobile number confirming the cancellation, but no more messages will be sent from this program after that one.

If you opt-out, you will not be able to receive notifications about your order or request. If you accidentally opt-out, you may opt-in by texting the word “Service” to 44989.
