These changes reflect TEZ's dedication to nurturing relationships with our existing clients, identifying the needs of prospective partners, and enhancing customer engagement across various sectors.

Maggie Vercoe joins TEZ as its new Executive Vice President of Customer Engagement. With 30 years of experience in the parking industry, Maggie brings extensive knowledge in account management, customer support, marketing, and more. Maggie’s impressive career includes her leadership at T2 Systems, where she focused on customer experience, led marketing efforts, and pioneered initiatives to expand opportunities for women across the industry. At TEZ, Maggie will oversee account management, support the company's marketing strategy, and lead the organization’s efforts to engage and support municipal clients seeking multi-vendor payment strategies.

Mark Berglund will take on the newly created role of Vice President of Strategic Accounts. Since joining TEZ in 2017, Mark has showcased exceptional expertise in managing large accounts and building multi-level relationships within sizable organizations. As a 25-year technology professional, he has worked with organizations ranging from small start-ups to multibillion-dollar companies to maximize their operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction through technology adoption. In his new role, Mark will concentrate on expanding TEZ’s partnerships with parking operators across the country. This move enables him to leverage his proven track record in strategic partnership development and drive growth across TEZ’s most critical accounts.
